Anand Prasad is a corporate lawyer with more than 25 years of experience representing both domestic and international clients on a variety of legal and commercial issues within and outside India.
Anand has represented clients in various Indian courts and arbitration proceedings including on shareholder disputes and issues of corporate fraud and other white collared crimes. On the non-contentious side, Anand advises on corporate, M&A and financial transactions, including those arising from bankruptcy and dispute situations.
Traditionally Anand has been a specialist in investment structuring, mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals and cross border and domestic financing. Anand has a good understanding of evolving government policies and has advised clients on cross-border transactions, establishing joint ventures, entry strategies, investment structures, competition law and employment issues.

Anand also specializes in providing strategic inputs and conducting high value disputes particularly arising out shareholding agreements, acquisitions and in relation to regulatory issues.

Arjun and his team advise clients in the technology and media industries on a range of corporate and regulatory issues including financial services, transportation, media and broadcasting, and logistics.

His clients include technology companies such as Uber, Swiggy, global e-commerce platforms like Etsy, industry associations, financial services providers, investment firms, government agencies and non-profits. Moksha regularly acts on a broad range of corporate transactions with a focus on M&A, private equity and joint ventures.  Moksha advises listed as well as emerging companies, their venture capital and private equity investors as well as senior management on various issues from formation to liquidity.

Moksha also advises on a broad range of disputes affecting corporations including those arising from failure of joint ventures, claims arising out of the insolvency of corporate entities and fraud claims.

Sandeep Das


Sandeep Das specializes in commercial disputes and white-collar crime defence.

He regularly represents Indian and multinational clients in corporate and commercial disputes before various courts and tribunals in India. Sandeep has advised and represented shareholders in several shareholder disputes before the Company Law Board, High Courts in India and before the Supreme Court of India.

A substantial part of his practice is conducting institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations in investment disputes and disputes arising out of construction contracts, hotel management and other commercial contracts in India and abroad. He also advises on mergers, demergers and amalgamations of companies.
