Sandeep Das


Sandeep’s practice encompasses a wide variety of commercial disputes, with special focus on white collar crimes and international arbitrations. He regularly advises and represents clients in critical situations which require strategic planning and deft handling. Sandeep has vast experience of representing clients in complex financial disputes; investment / management control disputes; multi-pronged investigations by enforcement agencies and criminal matters.

Sandeep’s clientele comprises of businesses; promoters; and top executives across industries – financial services; defence; mines and minerals; telecom; construction / infrastructure; and education to name a few.

A large part of Sandeep’s practice also includes pre-disputes advisory to ensure favourable outcomes serving the client’s business objectives. Additionally, he regularly acts as counsel for management(s) in in-house investigations pertaining to fraud and / or corruption.

Sandeep is also an ‘Advocate on Record’ of the Supreme Court of India, which puts him in a select group of lawyers qualified to conduct cases in the Indian Supreme Court. He has deep interest in criminal justice reforms and was appointed as amicus curiae in various matters by the Supreme Court of India. He regularly acts pro bono for victims of sexual abuse.
